The Holiday Inn Berlin Mitte is just a short walk from Gesundbrunnen underground and city rail station, where you also find the large Gesundbrunnen Center shopping mall. You can go walking or jogging in the Humboldthain park opposite the hotel. The viewing platform in the park offers a magnificent view of the whole north of Berlin.

The staff (desk and restaurant) and the food were top notch, despite a few fumbles.

Except for one closet, there was no storage space (drawers, etc). These could be installed at little cost underneath night tables, writing table, etc. One thing more - toilet paper was totally unacceptable and closer to sandpaper.

The location is very convenient to reach many destinations in Berlin. Plus there is a Sauna to relax in the evening with a great view across Berlin.
