Hotel situated very well. Close to see. Breakfast room nice

Check your final invoice! Hotel adds costs for services wich You did't use. Beach staff is very impolite and make a lot of problems every time. You must pay a lot of money for everything everywhere, but you recieve low quality.

All floors need repainting, new carpet, internet in all rooms, air con that works in the rooms, improved bathroom facilities etc.

The location is realy good: close to the beach, city center, basically close to everything, but far enough from noise. The room was clean and well supported, the reception personnel was professional.

During our stay the restaurant staff was far under any expectations (for dinner there were 4 guests in the hotel restaurant but it took 55 minutes to get a pasta-dish). I would not hire them even for a self-service restaurant.

We were able to check in before 3pm. Staff was very nice.

The room was not very clean - dusty walls. The shower curtain was moly,but was washed after our request.

Le niveau de l'equipe n'est pas homogene. Certains sontg de grandes qualités comme l'accueil et la Direction Générale. D'autres comme les femmes de menages ou la restauration sont d'un niveau insuffisant, pas formés et n'ont aucun sens du service.

die lage,aber das war`´s dann auch

Zustand der Bäder ist katastrophal,Schimmel und Schimmelgeruch im Zimmer,alles uralt,Rezeptionisten unfreundlich,das ist kein 4.sterne hotel,höchstens 2.sterne austattung und schon gar nicht für diesen Preis.
