I made new friends there and they are the staff in the reception..they were very helpful. the street where the hotel lies on is very nice and it include some nice shops & cafes

Very nice and clean hotel with a great location close to several Metro stops.

Room to room noise was a bit excessive, but we heard no street noise since we were on the back side.

Hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. The metro was five minutes of a walk from the hotel. I liked the location.

The room was quite small, the bedding wasnt really that comfortable. The toilet was cramped. The shower was small and cramped. There was no tea service in the room. I did not like the room one bit.

Location near theatres, station, metro, restaurants etc. Terrific part of the city for a first time visitor. Reception staff extremely helpful and spoke English very proficiently, able to advise and make reservations on our behalf etc. Rooms spotless, cleaned and towels, toiletries replaced every day.

I loved the quaintness of this hotel, although the lift halfway up the staircase was a bit of a joke. I did notice two bedrooms on the ground floor, presumably for disabled visitors but the breakfast room was downstairs and I don't know how they would cope with that.

The desk clerk who checked us in was very helpful. There are many very good bistros within minutes walking distance. The one across the street is very good, but they don't speak English. Have a dictionary handy to read the menue, if needed. The hotel room was clean and relatively comfortable.

The listing stated that the hotel has a lift. It does, but you have to walk up a series of steps to get to the lift and back down to get to your room on your floor. Can be difficult if you have luggage issues.

The rooms were comfortable but too little for the price.

The elevator is not practical, you need to climb the stairs to get access to it.
