Refurbished in 2008, Passage Dubail offers great-value studios and apartments in Paris’s lively 10th arrondissement, near the Gare de l'Est train station, Canal St Martin and numerous bars and restaurants.
Residence Dubail benefits from a central location, near a selection of Metro and RER stations, as well as bus stops offering quick and easy access throughout Paris.
Guests in the Dubail’s well-equipped apartments also receive hotel services such as cleaning.
Sheets are provided and bed linen are changed on a weekly basis.

Exit: Gare de l’Est: Take Faubourg St Martin.
Le Passage Dubail is on your left under a vault.
By the train: Gare de l’Est, Gare du Nord: take the subway line 4 in direction of Porte d’Orleans, to Gare de l’Est (approximately 10 minutes).
Gare de Lyon: take the subway line 5 in Quai of Rapée in direction of Bobigny/Pablo Picasso to Gare de l’Est (approximately 25 minutes).
Gare Montparnasse: take the subway line 4 in Montparnasse- Welcome in direction of Porte de Clignancourt, to Gare de l’Est (approximately 25 minutes).
By plane: Orly airport: take Orlyval in direction of Antony until Antony then the RER B in direction of CDG airport 2 to Gare du Nord, then subway line 4 to Gare de l’Est.
Roissy CDG Airport: take the RER B in direction of CDG airport 2 or RoissyBus from the airport to Paris Opera, then take subway line 7 in direction of Courneuve May 8, 1945 to Gare de l’Est.
