When I pay the hotel in my invoice there was a telephone charge for about 80 Euro, I never use the phone! after they told me it was a mistake. I think that is not possible that a 4 star hotel do this things.

Asked for help re new years eve restaurant but staff tried to sell us Tourist traps . When he realised that I knew Paris he became unhelpfull. However nice hotel in perfect shopping location. Shortage of good eating places nearby however

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and bi lingual. The room was very quiet and well furnished. Even though the room was on the small size it was well presented.

excellent location - the best you can imagine in Paris. Nice and cozy rooms, although small - but this does not really matter since you only sleep there!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly.

we stayed for 5 nights. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was clean and spacious but the shower was a minor disappointment. Hotel is central, Louvre is 5 minutes walk away, Notre Dame in walking distance, 5 minute walk to Pyramides metro station on number 7 and 14 lines. Would go back to Royal Saint Honore without hesitation for the service we received, the value for money and the central location.

The hotel is located excellent. The price through Venere.Com was very good. Rooms were quiet and spacy. Breakfast is far too expensive and service could have been better. The concierge couldn't even answer such easy questions as where the next Pizzeria is. There are a couple of fantastic small restaurants nearby that suited all our family needs for breakfast and dinner.

This booking and the hotel were both more than satisfactory. We needed room for 4 people and found it hard to find accommodations. Venere.com made this simple. The staff was very accommodating and we will definitely stay here again.

Smaller and more confined than I was expecting and led to believe from the photo's. Typical of many Paris hotels, they are still figuring out this Air Conditioning thing. Very nice location though.

Great Location ! The room even passed the white glove test. When we checked in we had to wait a few minutes before our rooms were ready so a very nice gentlemen from the hotel offered to bring us some tea and coffee while we waited. When we asked for the check, he would not allow us to pay for it. I will definiately stay at this hotel again.

As a woman traveling alone, I needed a safe hotel in a good area. RSH met and exceeded these requirements. Everything from the key-operated elevator to the attentive staff made me sure that I had chosen the right place. It's close to some great spots- the Louvre, the Opera, Gallery Lafayette, and one of the best boulangeries I've ever been to.

The hotel is indeed good, near "le Louvre" (5min walk) therefore really central. metro is just 2min walk. of course everything has a price and for single(or double) it can be as expensive as 200€ per night. staff is friendly and helpful(helped us book a table at very trendy restaurant Atelier ownen by french "hot" cook Robuchon). Rooms were confortable and quiet and most importantly very clean. Definetely a place to go back to.

Great location, super hotel. We booked a 2 bedroomed suite for the family. These are quite difficult to find at a reasonable price and it was great.The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definately stay there again

Good hotel but nothing spectacular. Very helpful employees. Without any doubt, the best of the hotel is the location: two minutes walk from Place Vendome or Place de la Concorde. We will probably go back there when we visit Paris again.
