While the room was spacious and the bathroom fairly clean, the worst part was the smell. I felt like I was living in an ashtray. The smell of smoke was overwhelming (and surprising, given that the website said it was a non-smoking hotel). I asked to be switched to a non-smoking room and was told that the hotel was fully booked and therefore none were available. Since I was booked in for three nights, I thought that at least one night could have been in a smoke-free room, but that never was offered. The website information seems somewhat misleading. Not only the reference to non-smoking, but the reference to "recently renovated" - the decor was tired and out-dated. And, while checking in, I was told that breakfast was "included." Only when checking out did I find out that it was included for an extra cost of 9 Euro.

Very basic services. Still show a 3 star rating by entrance from 2004 although this is considered 2 star. Needs to be renovated or at least freshened up.

This is just a two star hotel so do not expect much quality or services. The room given to me is quite spacious in France standard though the furniture abit dated but no problem at all. Bathroom is clean and staff are friendly. Location fantastic, near to train station and supermarket. For the price I pay, I think this hotel meets the standard.

good stay in Saint-Raphael. Friendly hotel. A little bit noisy because insuffiscient inside soundproofing

It's a cute hotel,i like it!

Employees speak only French!In the corridors the air was very musty but the rooms itself were nice. Difficult to get a car park.
