L'Hotel è molto carino ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è insuperabile. Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto preparato (tutti parlano l'inglese). Le camere sono molto pulite e silenziose. L'unico problema, soprattutto per gli italiani, potrebbero essere le tende non oscuranti, ma vi assicuro che al mattino si dorme benissimo, la luce non passa affatto. E poi la colazione è il top: sia tedesca che europea, molto ricca e per tutti i gusti. Per il resto fuori c'è Berlino che attende di essere visitata ... è uno splendore!

This is my first time here. The hotel is not accurately reflected in Venere or reviews: we found (1)lift stops in between the floors, so you need to bring your own luggage up some 10 steps(2)it is opposite the train station, directly facing it, so very noisy ALL the time (3)no airconditioner in the room, you need to open windows to get fresh air, then you get ALL the noise, and dust (4)the neighborhood is rather run down. (5)carpet is old and worn out, rather dirty. (6) toilet is clean.(7)Breakfast is fine. (8)Location is opposite the train station, so it is convenient, but there are other hotels just as convenient. The staff are friendly. The problem is the location and quality of the hotel. I will not return to this noisy and run down location.

I was bit surprised to find out that the hotel was next to a table dancing bar (which however appeared to be closed for several evenings). The hotel lobby did not exist and actually was a desk at the breakfast room. The corridors were very cold both at the stairs and inside. The bathroom was spacy and extremely clean but the bathroom floor was very cold. Ten points to the cleaning lady. The bottle of sparkling wine was a nice gift from the personnel for the New Year´s evening. The personnel was rather quiet apart from one gentleman who also was fluent in English.

I was expectid more for this price. The hotel and its resetion is located in the second foolr of building and from outside and inside dose not much look like hotel just oredenary living house. It was prety loud in the nigth and the room was so big that I felt not cousy in it. Brekfest was ok, but I would say that I have expected somthing else for this price in Berlin.
HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
From the highway A100, exit Dreieck Funkturm. Take the Neue Kantstraße and proceed straight ahead until you reach the Kaiserfriedrichstraße. There you turn right and after a few meters, at the traffic light, you have to turn left. The hotel is located on the square in front of you.
By train
Take the bus line 149 at the Zoologischer Garten railway station and get off at the Wilmersdorferstraße station.
By airplane
From the Berlin Tegel airport, take the bus line 109 and get off at the Charlottenburg station.
