For a 1 Star hotel it was reasonable. Room we had had new bathroom (small). Appeared to be family owned and run. Whilst they did not speak much english, they were very helpfull. Downside for us was the room overlooked the road, and was extremely noisy.

By train
From the Stazione Centrale railway station, take bus n. 92 and get off at the 7th stop.

By airplane
From both Milan's Malpensa and Linate airports there is a shuttle service to the central railway station. From there, take bus n. 92 and get off at the 7th stop.
