room is so small. triple room is not tree bed room , but a four bed room.

Proximity to Rome and Tivoli. Quiet location with a pretty garden

No personal touch- no owner/management on site - boring breakfasts - pool could be cleaner - neighbours chickens ensured plenty of flies- shuttle bus to Metro not free as advertised and limited in number and time.

Didn't use it much (just stayed for the night), but the outdoor area seamed nice. It was easy to get to Rome with Car.

The room wasn't clean. The shower was jammed and got flooded (which was the worst). We didn't use extra blankets because it had pee stains. They wanted more money for one extra towel. It was hard to get a service because the staff hardly speaks English.

i had hot water and i had a tv in the room

it was an hour away from everything and they couldnt speak very good english

it was far enough from the busy of the town but close to Rome at the same time. It was quiet, close to the nature in the country side.

They do not speak English very well and the bathroom is too small...

non ho trovato la camera quando sono arrivata, malgrado avessi anche telefonato qualche giorno prima per avevrtire che sarei arrivata tardi la sera. Hanno fatto dire dal portiere di notte che s'era rotto il bagno insue camere. Non hanno cercato di avvertire. Mi hann poi dirottato su uno squallido albergo in zona.........
