The Lyncliff is centrally situated only a leisurely 10 minutes stroll from Waverley Station and Princes Street, 6 minutes from the Bus Station, St. Andrews Square, York Place, and is conveniently located for all the many visitor attractions Edinburgh has to offer. We have 5 spacious double bedrooms, 1 Family room, 2 single and 2 twin bedrooms, all tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. All rooms can easily transform into twin or triple. Cots are available. Colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and handwash basin in all rooms. Guests can enjoy a full, cooked Scottish breakfast in our Dining Room. Evening meals and special dietary requirements can be arranged on request.
