Our Taste of Scotland Award came as a surprise - after all, you can't nominate yourself for this ultimate accolade in the Scottish catering trade. Again more recently we were awarded an AA rosette, furthermore confirming our committment to serve the finest natural produce, simply but imaginatively prepared.
