the hotel is small comparing to the price, i don't think it is 4 stars hotel. there was a bad smell in the hotel(outside the room)and i could not extend my reseration by the front desk, i had to book by the internet the iron table was broken. i checked the double room it was small, almost the same size as the single the receiptionist girl was rude and uncooperative.

I was made to feel welcome instantly and checked in quickly at 14:00 The location allowed easy access to local restaurants and bars, and quick access to central London and the West End, which was preferable to the ridiculous hotel prices in those areas! My partner and I had a lovely weekend stay, thank you
