couple staying up for the football very good hotel could not fault the location. You might get traffic noise in the front rooms but it is on the fulham road.Only fault buffet breakfast very basic so orderd full english after 40 minutes wait gave up on it.Better breakfasts down the north end road. Not a bad hotel.

My partner and I stayed 1 night as we had separate Christmas parties on the same night. It would have been useful to have 2 room keys as I arrived at the hotel at midnight and then had to stay up another hour for my partner! Location wise it was perfect for us both and although it was not quiet I put that down to it being Christmas and people enjoying themselves!

No room key when we arrived (lost, apparently). Tea making facilities included dirty, chipped cups. Water temperature no good for showering. Mini bar contained half-used bottles. Room in need of a facelift. No smiling faces or enquiry as to whether we enjoyed our stay - we didn't!

lots of problems. first, i was late, and they gave my room away and put me up somewhere else for a night. they didn't offer to compensate me for this inconvenience. second, i'd been promised a king-size bed and instead i got two tiny beds stuck together. the mattress was so hard i had to sleep on the bedspread and comforter. there were no tissues in the room. the night lights didn't work. the first day the maid never made up the room. there was no iron in the room, though that had been promised. the shampoo and soap provided smelled terrible. when i first entered the room, it had been terribly overheated and i had to turn the radiators off for the rest of my stay. i have never before had a bad experience at a london hotel. i will definitely not stay at a venere hotel again. - yuval taylor

L hotel era molto carino, il personale gentilissimo peccato però che non era a south kensington ma a tre fermate di metropolitana, non eravamo nella zona 1 ma nella due, nonostante ciò per fortuna la metropolitana era a due minuti dall' hotel
