The gym is fully equipped with modern cardio vascular technology including bike, treadmill, power jog treadmill, concept rower and stepper of the Life-Fitness brand as well as abdominiser, mats and hand-held free weights.
The gym also features en-suite changing rooms with direct lift access from bedroom floors, all located in a tranquil setting with fresh fruit, mineral water and magazines available.
With the addition of the new Infinity Resistance Pool, you can now exercise easily in the water. By swimming against a current generated by the pool itself, you can travel distances or measure your laps without actually moving too far but with all the same benefits.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the room not later than midday.

Transport to/from the airport in the hotel's Bentley costs £95.00 from Heathrow, £105.00 from Gatwick, and £115.00 from Stanstead each way.
