The room was very poor. Bedding was filthy. The first night I arrived very late and was surprised to note that the bedcover had all the muck from people who performed on the bed. Room was cold and it did not have any double glazing. In the morning I lodged my complaint at the reception desk. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Further disappointment when I came back at night I still had the same bedding. Not only that, the person who had done my bed did not bother to do my bedsheet properly. I called the reception. They could only send me a fresh bedsheet and cover. However I was left to do the bed myself. I complained about this in the morning to the receptionist. She did not offor any apology. The Asst Manager was standing next but did not bother to ask me about the experience. Breakfast for £10.50 is not worth having there. Unfortunately I had to have breakfast there. Quality of food is poor. Presentation is below average. Did not get any parking at the Hotel. I had to park on the residents space on the street.

Très bien situé mais les chambres sont très bruyantes. Malgré ma demande répétée nous n'avons pas eu de chauffage 2 jours sur trois.N'oubliez pas les boules Quiès

Nice hotel, clean rooms. The location is nothing special except if like us you go to a concert at the Roundhouse which is near Chalk Farm tube station. Just 5 min walk from the hotel.

A good hotel, conveniently located and good value for money. Room was a bit old and "tired" but clean and comfortable. Street-side rooms get the usual London traffic noise, sirens etc - so take earplugs.

We ate at the hotel and although the food was good there was a long wait for it.

Apart from its excellent location close to Primrose Hill, Regent's Park and Camden, this hotel has very little to recommend it. Incredibly dated decor, poor bathrooms, cramped double room, glacial welcome from the staff and dreadful breakfast (not included in price), all at an astronomical cost. Avoid it if you can.

A little lame flexibility on early check-in and late check-out, since the hotel was not fully booked. The bathroom was plain filthy. The bed was horribly bumpy and squeaky. The area is OK, but not walking distance to just anything. The direction towards Swiss Cottage was a little off. Much easier to access Norhtern Line at Chalk Farm Rd or eaven take bus 31 to and from Camden St. The price and over-all service was good. But mostly the price.
