Hotel NH Harrington Hall - London

We had a wonderful stay at the NH Harrington. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and new and the shower had plenty of hot water. We were about 2 short blocks from the tube which took us everywhere in London. There were a lot of restaurants to have dinner at and a also great breakfast cafe was just around the corner. The staff was very helpful with information or any questions that we asked.

Pulizia nelle camere. Nella nostra stanza vi era la vasca, ottima per un bagno riposante. Il bagno era pulito. Inoltre era presente un ferro e un asse da stire, comodi per chi deve rimanere diversi giorni. Possiamo dire che il nostro soggiorno a Londra in questo hotel è stato eccellente.

it is a great hotel. second time i have stayed in it and both times were good. the only thing that wasnt ok this time is that they are working on the outside of the hotel which prevented me from opening the curtains during the day. since i wasnt much in the hotel during the day it wasnt a big issue, but they should have stated it.

Definately the best hotel I have ever stayed at in London. Generally the prices in London are very high for poor quality, but this is definately a nice hotel. I will stay there again when visiting London.

Lovely hotel,could'nt fault it really apart from the exorbitant price for breakfast and drinks at the bar (no wonder both were empty!) So all you are paying for is a bed really.

My wife and I stayed at Harrington Hall the first week of January '04. The service was exquisite and competent. The surroundings were gracious and elegant. The price of a cup of coffee, however, was a bit exorbitant 6 pounds or $12.00. We do recommend Harrington Hall and shall return. Jack & Sarah Weissman Highland Park, IL

very good positioned,close to gloucester road tube station and a walk away from south kensington. Nice room, clean bathroom.

I strongly recommend the Harrington: it is very cheap (UK L. 100 /night is nothing in central London), it is convinient with the tube station (a very good one - Gloucester Rd) one minute walking. It is clean, it is perfect. I have been there with my wife but I would use it also for business!!!

This was one of the best hotels during our 5 week tour of Europe. The only negative is generic and relates to the information provided to find this hotel and others. Only one of the hotels booked thru Venere provided street by street directions from a local landmark or major highway. it would be helpful if all hotels provided directions in this manner.

The only issue I had was after checking out the bellman advised me that I could NOT get a taxi three blocks away to the tube station. He said too short for any taxi to take you. He saw that we had five big suitcases. I went over to the taxi myself and told the driver that I would pay him $5pounds and he took us with no problem. We had to lift the heavy bags into the cab outselves. This should be brought to the Bell Captain's attention. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay at the Harrington and it was a lovely hotel. I do not know if I would recommend to fellow travelers, as the location is not ideal for touring.
