Staff were absolutely friendly and welcoming. Althoug room was smal, it was a good quality for price. It is important to say that there is a change in the name of the street, which is Cleveland Terrace instead of Leinster Gdns.

Un hotel sencillo, un poco viejo, pero limpio. Buen servicio, trato bueno, no hablan español. Fue un poco de odisea comunicarnos con el recepcionista, pero al final fue todo bien. El baño excesivamente pequeño. Y mucho calor en las habitaciones, la calefacción estaba a tope. Un hotel aceptable para pasar unos dias de turismo.

Some of the employees need to go on a course in tact. The breakfast room is too small to cater for the guests especially at peak times - rather a noisy and chaotic set up and the unfriendly staff apparently hate their job. Otherwise a pleasant hotel in a nice area.

Very clean and comfortable beds.As I had a very cheap room, it was located in the basement with a rather long walk to the toilet and shower room. If you are not an A+ person, stay away from number 10, it is just beside the kitchen, where they start 6.30, and from 7.30 all the breakfast guest are passing your door. I also had a pidgeon couple just outside my window.

The quadroom was OK for one staying, the bathroom was very small, and quite clean. The breakfast room is very very small, you have to wait if you want a seat, and you can't be late. The only what I really hate is that they charged my credit card 50Ł and I haven't got back the ammount, yet (I stayed there 2 weeks ago)...

my occasion was vacation with my family it was only for two days and finding a darty room is not very nice if you have only three night in London. there was no time to find an other hotel. In the room there was no plays where stow the trolley, and darty bedcover, for breakfast:cheese, bred, eggs, caffe and milk.So I think all very poor.

Let me explain why so many 1s in the review. We didn't actually stay at the Leisure Hotel. When we arrived there they said that they had overbooked but they had arranged for us to stay in apartments which were close by. They arranged for a car to pick us up and take us to the apartments. They were very apologetic and this didn't spoil our stay, but I can't comment on certain aspects because I just don't know. The apartments where we stayed were OK but they didn't belong to the hotel so its pointless commenting on them. We walked around to the hotel for the breakfast though, breakfast room got rather congested, probably because everyone landed at the same time. We have stayed in the area before and it is well served for restaurants, shops, tube stations and parks (Hyde Park is close).

If you have little expectations in size of room its ok. It was difficult to open the suitcase due to space restrictions The breakfast room was in bad condition very narrow. As soon as we finished the coffee, we were asked to leave, because of guests queueing already. Distance was short to next tube. Room was clean. First room we got had no window even.

A clean, and comfortable hotel. This was one of the better hotels my family stayed in during our multiple visits to London. We got a really good rate for a quad room, and had no problems with our stay. Recommended.

Actually I found it a little bit expensive for what it is. My room was big, comfortable, but walls in the room and bathroom were covered in musty, also peeling... That gave us the impression of dirtyness. Location was very good, the neighborhood is really cute!!! Breakfast Room was really small, and busy (we had to wait to get a table), and there was no chocolate to put in the milk (so I drank nothing, cause I don´t drink coffe) and toasts were counted to each... But, afterall, if you go to the hotel only to sleep (like we did) it is OK.

Best value for the money for this type of accommodation in Central London. The property was recently refurbished and it shows, the rooms and public spaces are light years more hospitable than similar properties. Staff are friendly, location is top (just 300 yards from Hyde Park!), bathrooms are squeaky-clean and, last but not least, there is Internet access in the lobby. RECOMMENDED!

good hotel for the price, quiet street, very close to Hyde Park and subway station, also nice neighborhood pub, staff was ok but not great, did not say or do anything when we mentionned bathroom sink was plugged, no water to take shower after flushing toilet, had to wait a while before getting hot water again, breakfast was very good and included in room price.

Very nice hotel. The area where the hotel is situated is exelent, just around the corner and one block is a business district with all kinds of stores. The street where the hotel is at is very safe and quiet. Rooms were on the small side but very confortable, very quiet. Subway station is one and a half short blocks from hotel. The staff was frienly and helpfull. The breakfast was exellent and it sure helps to give a head start into sightseeing. Overall what really makes this a great hotel is the location. Very well situated. I will definately stay here again.

We were moved from the hotel to 2 seperate appartments on York st at no extra cost and had the transfur by taxi paid for. the appartments were of an ok standard however one of them had no heating and hot water. Although we were given a breakfast pack this was only enough to last for one day.

It was difficult to find the hotell. I had to pay in front to get key ): My Venere price was a lot cheaper than what they asked at the desk!!! I payed £71 and they asked £111 in the lobby (family room). So Venere prices is best. I was offered beds in Bayswater for £9 at the station. Breakfast was ok. Toast, butter, cheese, corn flakes, milk and you could make your own favorite hot drink on a machine. We used only the room to sleep in, and we found it nice and tidy every night when we got "home". They asked £5 deposit for an electrical adaptor ): Our window didn't lock good, and it was on ground floor. Tiling in the bathroom was poor.

Clean and quiet rooms, but lack of hot water at times. Breakfast was OK, nothing extraordinary but you'll be ok if you remember to ask for more toast! The breakfast room was too small and very noisy, it easily gets overcrowded. Good location, easy to walk to Hyde Park and shopping area in Kensington.

Rooms clean on arrival, large beds, tea and coffee in room. Bathroom clean but smelt a bit musty. Breakfats was a bit sparse especially for a long day in london. All in all ok , good for a few nights when on a budget, but not for a couple of weeks.

The rooms are very small and they smelled after "musty". They lay in the cellar and the stepps downstairs were very dangerous without areas. The window could not tilt, only open whole. It a shaft was this one disgustingly stank with drain in front of the window. On the last day we asked for the breakfast for bread and butter since we had to depart early. Ot gaves nothing at all, the receptionist told us that we should buy what for us in the supermarket although we had paid for the breakfast. The breakfast itself was very miserable and unloving. The "breakfast room" was like a waitingroom with garden tables made of metal and plastic. We were 5 persons in 2 rooms. My friends were also very disappointed. I would recommend it to nobody!! SORRY.

quite clean except the towels ... which is important to me welcome was quite bad : not a smile from the people, and we seemed to disturb them ... it's a shame we had booked for only one night, although we had planed to stay 4 night in london : we did the right thing, because, for the 3 following night, we found another hotel, more expensive but the quality was far better than "leisure inn"

Most of the staff didn`t even look at us when we came or left. We were told that we didn`t had a reservation, when we came. They told us that they didn`t have our VISAcard number and thats why they could not reserve the room for us. They ended up having a room anyway... The breakfastroom was way too small. Everyday someone had to eat standing.

The Leisure Inn is a very nice hotel in an excellent area of London. It was my 5th stay in this hotel and the quality is always on the same high level. The rooms are small but quiet, very clean and new towels every day.Breakfast is ok, but sometimes very busy.Dennis is doing a perfect job behind the desk. You can reach it easily with Central Line, next station is Queensway.

I reserved one double room with the bathroom, but when we checked in it was not available so we ended up without the bathroom. Also, on the net page it was not clearly stated if there was a separate phone or not in the room. Our room was by the dinning area so in the early morning the employee started working at 7:00am they made noises which definitely woke us up. Over all, it was not a very good experience with the hotel.

Leisure Inn has severe infrastructure problems. The rooms are small, they do not satisfy the regular measurements usually accepted in hotels. The bathrooms are poorly equiped and are also too small. The worst issue is hot water. If you want to take a shower in the peak hours (e.g. 8/9 in the morning) you will not have hot water. We recommend not to believe in photographs. The hotel is lousy. Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 9.30; very scarce for a good service. People usually crowd during breakfast. It is difficult to find a table. Waiters will serve you after half an hour. Promotion offers seem to be attractive. But do not believe them. They offer you the worst rooms, small, no hot water and dirty. Service is poor. We recommend not to go
