helpful staff, good location, with a short walk to the Palladium Theatre which is why we chose it,but not actually in Bond Street, which is a little misleading. No tea or coffee making facilities so room service charge £4.50 a cup! The main complaint was the size of the room,a superior queen that you could not swing a cat in,very small queen bed!! Because of this and being a bit pricy I will not be rushing back.

Although problems were addressed promptly and properly, we had issues with the TV, the shower and the air conditioning. That should not happen in a hotel of this quality.

Have stopped in better 3 star hotels. Very pretentious. Subservient staff does not make up for quality. Tried to charge me for champagne we didn't have. Was persueded to upgrade but at an extra £20 - room still quite small.
