the corbigoe was nothing like the website said it was. our room was not ready our first night and they put us in a room not big enough for the double bed that was in it. no refund and no help with those at the front desk. do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to stay. oh...and the bathrooms are the worst i have seen in years!!!!

They had a problem with my credict card, and they didn't ask me or they didn't call me, even when i call to the hotel to confirm it. So the change my rooms, but they didn't get in contact with me, and my credict card works perfecrt!!! The quality of the hotel is very poor, the rooms are very bad, old and dirty. I'll never come back to this hotel, we change the hotel the second day.

Hotel was very poor. Cleanliness of rooms was bad. Decorations of room from 1970's. Breakfast room cold damp and un inviting. Bathroom was very poor broken toilet no plug in bath or sink. Window high up in ceiling, dirty and mouldy. Smelt fusty and damp all the time. Bed spread looked un clean. Television not working, we asked to change rooms and it was the only family room they had. We did have a fantastic time in london and spent very little time in the room.

Colazione minima, solo latte, pane marmellate e caffè.. scordatevi panini e robbe varie.

At arrival no one was aware of our stay. it took more than a hour to find our booking. we were promised on telephon to get early check in with no extra payment. bu we were charged and provided the smallest, dirtiest room. we were offered private toilet and bathroom but we got it outside the room and shared and dirty. for the four day stay rooms and toilet weré not cleaned at all. we didn't get the toilets paper even after demanding for 4 - 5 times. the room linen was dirty and even with the blood spots. there was some holes in the toilet and rooms which were covered with the paper and tapes. we got one dirty towel for two person and was not changed through out our stay. we got the same breakfast which was not fresh for alll the days, we stayed there. the staf(1 person) was not able to communicate proeprly in english. this was the most dirty hotel i have ever seen and i ll not suggest any body to stay there.

1. It is not reasonable that this hotel has to charge one pound extra for each piece of luggage for custody by the hotel for only a few hours after check out. 2. Customers went to the Breakfast room before the end time of 9:30 am but were rushed (in an impolite manner) to finish their breakfast after that time.

We doubt if we spent our holidays in London or in Ruanda. This is the extremely worst hotel I have ever been in my life.I send you photos where you can see (room n.8): a hole on the wall covered with papers and celo, the bathtube was broken (with a hole also), hairs in the pillow the first day, the ceiling was plainty of black and wet spots and there is just one terrible window in the room located in the bathroom.Really a horrible experience. It is a pity I can not send you a photo of the smell.Never book this hotel!!And please....a compensation for that nightmare.

There was one large cockroach. There was an empty mousetrap. The sheets looked as if they had not been changed. The gentleman at the desk was nice. The woman was not. It is listed as a B&B, but they don't even supply cold breakfast.

Very poor indeed. The booking photograph was for the Park Hotel, when we arrived there we had to walk down the road to the Corbigoe, as they were different. The room was situated below pavement level, was very damp, and the window looked onto their courtyard which had all old mattresses and hotel equipment. Worst of all my husband was bitten by bedbugs. This hotel wil not be recommended by us, and possibly needs to be investigated by Venere, as we feel that it was false advertising. The room did not look anything like the one we thought we had booked via the internet. For what we got in quality, and service, the price was outrageous. Trust you will look into this and report back to us at some stage. Regards P.R. Broker

The day we arrive, we had a room different of the photos; a room downstairs, with a not-finishing paint, and a corny shower's ground. We have indicated the "non conformity" of the room(cause = too much booking), and the following day, an other room will be allocated to us.

Our staying in Corbigoe has been very good: a spartan, clean and simple room; breakfast was by self-service and pleniful as well as you wish.We had a private bathroom as required. All suitable who doesn't demand so much. Corbigoe location is not so much far from Victoria Station, Pimlico Tube Station..The zone of Belgravia is quiet by night and there were a lot of young people. After booking the room and some days before arriving there, I suggest to send an e-mail to the hotel in order to receive a confirmation about the reservation, whether the room has a private or shared bathroom and whether breakfast is included in room rate or not. I was very sorry about only two aspects: firstly when we just arrived to the hotel, receptionist soon required us complete payment (by cash, credit card or anything else). Secondly, for the first night he moved us to another hotel, near Corbigoe, because the room we booked was under repair (so he said but I think that our room was occupied by another person). Apart from that stuff, if I go back to London, I would return there. Be in mind: London is marvellous, the rest is subordinate.

The room at the hotel was not nice at all. It smelt musty it was very noisy the beds were not fit to sleep on. The pictures on the web site are nothing like the room we got. The bathroom was foul, not cleaned from the previous people, something round the sink that looked like ash. We did not go to the toilet for 20 hours and we had a 2 year old and a 4 month old baby with us. We will not be using your service or this hotel again.

When we got to Corbigo I was given a room without ensuite facilities. I talked to det reseptionist about this. He told me that I had bathroom in the hall. I said I didn't want to share bathrooms, and he said that this was not a problem because the persons in the other room wasn't in the toilet all the time. I didn't accept this and the next day we got a room with ensuite facilities. The room wasn't very clean, but ok for that price. The breakfast was very poor. Only toast and cornflakes.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The day manager is rude and turnas away if he doesn't want to talk to you. When we got ther he asked for cash up front and was really annoyed when I didn't have it. I had to ask for a change of pillow case that was stained, and of a glass that had been used as an ashtray but was still in the room. We had to beg for toilet paper. The bathroom was mouldy and there was no hot water. The television had a wire attached to a coat hanger and that was the aerial, and it needed to be moved around the room to get a reception. The website said that breakfast was included, but we got hassled all week about having to pay extra for it, and it was dreadful anyway. The carpets are worn through and the cupboards in my room did not have any handles. There was no reading light, no hairdryer and no telephone in my room, not that I needed these, but they are advertised or shown in the photos. This place may be cheap but it is definitly nasty!

I know I can`t expect luxury for that price, but here are a few points of my opinion: You are writing in your webpage:comfortable rooms with hairdryer etc. The price was including breakfast. You can not compare the picture of the room which you show in your webpage with the room what you get in reality. The rooms are very poorly furnitured. In the morning when we arrived we got at first a room with three beds in not even a cupboard (on the 5 th floor). In the evening we could change in a double room on the first floor, at least with a cupboard. In my opinion the rooms need a good renovation and a clean up as well. You should mention in your webpage as well that the rooms are without toilet and shower. We had to go two floors up or one floor down. The price was not with breakfast. The person at the reception told us that we have to pay seperat for breakfast. So we had breakfast somewhere else. All in one: I`m sorry, but I wouldn`t take that accommodation again for three nights.

Bad comment in this hotel (B&B), many things didn't match to our booking as follows: (1) missing our reservation from 16/7 to 18/7 (2) the twin room is non qualify, many facilities was broken, no power supply in plug, bad smelling inside the room "oil" (3) the twin room w/o toliet and shower, we need walk out the room using public, didn't match our booking (4) Not welcoming service in receiptionst (should be owner), when we complaint didn't match our booking and missing our reservation, than he reply us "Here is London! What do you expect?" very cool. Therefore, we just stay one night and found another hotel immediatley.

This place was the worst. The carpets were wet and mildewy and the whole place stunk. The pictures on the web are of a different hotel entirely. The ad claims all rooms are ensuite, but it isnt true. The rooms were dirty and a bit small. Bathroom ok, but did't have hot water in one room. Towels were supplied if asked, but not always as many as need (two towel for three persons).Bring your own for safety. No elevator. Breakfast ok. Rooms a bit small. They charge payment when check in, but do not pay before you have seen the room or better yet when you check out. That way you have a possibility to complain or hold back money. Location central and ok. MY ADVICE: TRY ANOTHER HOTEL!!!!!!
