hotel front view
The Best Western Phoenix Hotel London has a 19th century elegance combined with a warm, beckoning ambience, which makes it much loved by its many regular guests.
Whilst nestling in the relative tranquillity of Kensington Gardens Square, it is hard to believe that the Phoenix is right in the heart of bustling Bayswater, whose countless international restaurants vie with traditional English taverns to tempt the palates of passers-by.
There is an Internet Point in the lobby as well as free Wi-Fi Internet access.
The hotel also offers a bar, a reading lounge with newspapers and fax service available at the reception.

very good hotel.in close proximity to amenities.in a walking distance to hyde park and two different metro lines reached in less than 2 minutes.very convenient...the only downside is that beds are not that comfortable...but given the rate, it is still good...

Room tiny, no bath only small shower. This hotel is not in Kensington as Venere state on their map, it is in Bayswater!

Budget hotel with just about everything you need to sleep & wake up. Looks a bit old.

Not worthy of 3 stars and shown in the wrong location on the venere London map !

Italy, Feb 2004
The map you show on the web site is wrong, the hotel is not located in south Kensingthon but near Notting Hill. That one indicated on the map is another Best western. Regards

The hotel is a 2 stars not a 3 hight quality as written on the web. Not noisy and near to the tube station. Breakfast could be improved (service too)
